Villa Moondrop Ubud
To the west, of course, beyond the lawn and river are the rice terraces. The open kitchen, sofa, and dining table are all situated on this western side to take advantage of the view. The kitchen corner has a gas range with five burners, a two-door refrigerator, microwave, toaster, mineral water dispenser, blender, sink and counter. Tableware, cutlery, pots, pans, cleaning materials, and various other equipment are also available for guests to use. Three more sets of antique double-doors (French doors) extend from the north side along the exterior wall.
From the kitchen corner, a semicircular table extends into the original, central, raised teak room for guests who want to sit on the floor or on a cushion while having their tea. Behind the table there is a sofa, a DVD player, and a 42 inch TV. An antique Chinese daybed with a mattress is in another corner of this original room. This room has no western wall so it adds to the spaciousness of the kitchen and living area.
